South Annapolis Yacht Centre Residences by Pyramid Builders
When I was asked by Pyramid Builders to photograph the interiors of one of the new residences at the South Annapolis Yacht Center on Eastport’s Spa Creek, I was thrilled to be part of the project. This environmentally responsible, upscale mariner’s village with 11 residences was built on the site of a crumbling hundred-year-old boatyard and marina.
The home I shot had 3 floors connected by a fabulous elliptical staircase which photographed beautifully. With wide plank floors, soaring ceilings, a combination of white and bold colors and water views, it was a photographer’s paradise! This project was featured in Annapolis Home Magazine, Vol 13, No. 6 2022.
